VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES HANDLES RARE LAND DEVELOPMENT ACQUISITION IN SANTEE

SANTEE, Calif. (January 27, 2010) – Voit Real Estate Services’, a member of CORFAC International, has recently handled a rare land acquisition in Santee, a suburb of San Diego, Calif. The buyer, Five Star Synergy, Inc., acquired a 1.85 acre land parcel located at 10055 Mission Gorge Road in Santee, Calif. for $1.35 million.

“Land development acquisitions have been non-existent for the past 24 months,” explained Ryan Gonzales, Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office. “This transaction was a welcome sign of hopeful commercial real estate recovery for 2010.”

“The Voit brokers did an outstanding job of securing the parcel, negotiating the transaction, assisting our company with the city zoning issue and even introduced us to California Bank and Trust, who completed the loan,” added John Yi, President of Five Star Synergy, Inc.

Buena Park, Calif.-based Five Star Synergy, Inc. plans to develop the property for a car wash, quick serve restaurant, office and retail.
