WESTERN NATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SELECTED FOR SIX THIRD-PARTY MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS BY MCA HOUSING PARTNERS, LLC

IRVINE, Calif. (March 8, 2010) –Western National Property Management, the multifamily property management division of Western National Group, has secured six additional third-party management contracts for multifamily communities from Gardena, Calif. based MCA Housing Partners, LLC. Western National Property Management already manages thirteen properties for MCA.

The six communities in the Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties that are now being managed by Western National Property Management include:

• Center Pointe Villas, a 250-unit apartment community located on Orange Street in Norwalk, Calif.
  
• Harmony Terrace, a 136-unit apartment community located on Sunset Garden Lane in Simi Valley, Calif.
  
• Seasons Senior Apartments, a 69-unit apartment community located on Rory Lane in Simi Valley, Calif.
  
• Haven at Tapo, a 36-unit apartment community located on Tapo Street in Simi Valley, Calif.
  
• Vineyard Gardens, a 62-unit apartment community located on West Stroube Street in Oxnard, Calif.
  
• West Creek Villas, an 88-unit apartment community located on North T Street in Lompoc, Calif.
