ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (March 11, 2009) –Western National Property Management, the multifamily property management arm of Western National Group, has announced a new benefit they now offer for renters known as the Layoff Protection Program. Under the new program, which starts today, residents who have lost their job can cancel their rental contracts without penalties.

We understand that in the current economic climate, some people are hesitant to commit to leases, knowing that if they lose their job they could find themselves in a bind.
