IRVINE, Calif., (April 15, 2009) – Bacchus Development, an Irvine-based commercial real estate developer, has sold seven buildings totaling 45,552 square feet in the last 30 days at BaccHus Signature Series, a 265,800 square-foot office park located in Irvine Spectrum, Calif., with prices averaging $225 per square-foot.

To aid in the sale of the remaining eight buildings at the BaccHus Signature Series, BaccHus has engaged Voit Real Estate Services, a member of CORFAC International, as the listing broker for the project. Michael Hartel, Kevin Turner, Joe Winkelmann and Travis Haining of Voit Real Estate Services’ Irvine office are the exclusive marketing agents for BaccHus Signature Series.

The 265,800 square-foot project, which was developed by BaccHus Development, is comprised of 40 two-story office buildings that range in size from 4,950 to 9,900 square feet. Since construction of the project was completed in 2007, 32 of the buildings have already been sold.
