VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES ADDS BARBARA REA AS FIRST MARKETING DIRECTOR

NEWPORT BEACH, California, April 22, 2010 -- Voit Real Estate Services, which is rebranding itself to better meet the needs of today’s distressed real estate market, has announced the appointment of Barb Rea as its first full-time Marketing Director.

“This appointment punctuates the recent growth of our firm and our continuing growth as we implement new initiatives and develop increasing regional strength,” explains Robert D. Voit, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Voit Real Estate Services. “Barb is, in fact, one of many new key hires we have made in the last 18 months.”

Rea will be joining Voit Real Estate Services’ Management Team and will be working in the firm’s Newport Beach headquarters, reporting directly to Mr. Voit.

She joins Voit with 12 years of marketing experience on behalf of top-of-the-line real estate organizations, including Pulte Homes, Centex Homes and The Irvine Company.

Voit’s newly revitalized executive team is already serving some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Rea is a cum laude graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and holds a Marketing Certificate from University of California, Irvine.
