VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES DIRECTS THE LARGEST NEW INDUSTRIAL LEASE SIGNED IN NORTH ORANGE COUNTY
SINCE OCTOBER 2007

• Lease demonstrates potential growing confidence in Orange County industrial market

ANAHEIM, Calif., (June 2, 2009) – Voit Real Estate Services’ Commercial Brokerage Division, the full-service brokerage arm of Voit, has directed the largest new lease signed in North Orange County since October 2007.

Arden Engineering has signed a five-year lease on a 100,000 square-foot manufacturing/warehouse space in Anaheim, Calif. for an undisclosed amount. The company is expanding its existing Orange County operations into this second location.

“The size of this new lease is evidence that larger tenants are potentially regaining confidence in the economy,” explained Louis Tomaselli, executive vice president of Voit Real Estate Services’ Brokerage Division’s Anaheim Metro office. “As a result, we hope we will start to see a resurgence of large leases in Orange County as companies start expanding their operations and begin to consider leasing new space.”

Arden Engineering is an engineering firm that specializes in on-site engineering, programming, 5-axis CNC machining and the assembly of structural aerospace components with diversification in commercial, military, regional jet aircraft, helicopter and space vehicles.

The remaining 99,858 square feet of space at the property is available for lease. The property is located at 2220 E. Cerritos Avenue and 1540-1543 Page Court in the Anaheim Stadium industrial area in Anaheim, Calif., in close proximity to where the 5 freeway meets the 57 freeway. The property features three dock-high loading doors, three grade-level loading doors and a large fenced private yard.

The tenant, Arden Engineering, was represented by Seth Davenport, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of The Tomaselli Zehner Group of Voit Real Estate Services. The landlord, DSA Properties, L.P., was also represented by Davenport, Tomaselli and Zehner, as well as by Clyde Stauff of Colliers International.
