DBN ANNOUNCES NAI CAPITAL BROKERAGE TEAM TO MARKET PARKSIDE MEDICAL CENTER IN SAN JACINTO

Parkside Medical Center will be the first medical office facility in the San Jacinto/Hemet valley

SAN JACINTO, Calif., (June 11, 2008) – Laguna Hills-based DBN Development, LLC has announced the NAI Capital brokerage team of John Bosko, Bob Bush, Jeff Linklater and Daniel Walsh to market Parkside Medical Center, a multi-phased state-of-the-art medical office complex in San Jacinto, Calif.

Parkside Medical Center is currently under construction with delivery of the first phase anticipated for the fall of 2008. San Jacinto has seen tremendous growth in residential population over this decade, but the services for the population has not kept pace, according to Steve Delson, President of DBN. This project is an example how DBN is bringing the community back into balance of housing and services. DBN is developing four other projects in the San Jacinto area.

“We’re confident that this veteran medical office team from NAI Capital will assist DBN in fulfilling its vision for Parkside Medical which is to provide medical office space for physicians in this underserved market, while bringing sought-after services to the San Jacinto and Hemet residents,” said Delson.

The two, two-story buildings total 78,000 square feet, with individual suites ranging from 1,500 and 38,000 square feet for medical practitioners. The state-of-the-art buildings feature covered parking for suite doctors, generous parking for staff and patients and are elevator served. Moorefield Construction of Santa Ana, Calif. is the general contractor on this project.

Parkside Medical Center is located on the northeastern corner of Palm and Esplanade Avenues in San Jacinto, Calif. adjacent to Valleywide Regional Park and only minutes from the Hemet Valley Hospital.
