BAYSIDE RESTAURANT PROVIDES ECONOMIC STIMULUS PACKAGE

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., (June 15, 2009) - Times are tough all around, but to help out, Bayside Restaurant is providing a bailout of its own in the form of the new “Economic Stimulus Package” set menu! For $35.00, guests can choose between a green salad, heart of romaine salad or soup as an appetizer, followed by a choice of the following main courses:

• Linguine Pasta with Spring Lamb Ragu and Pecorino Romano

• Sautéed Tiger Prawns, Roasted Heirloom Tomato Risotto and Parmesan

• Soy Glazed Atlantic Salmon, Wilted Spinach, Baby Bok Choy with Toasted Sesame and Ponzu Sauce

• Boneless Pork Rib Rack Chop, Wild and Exotic Mushroom Ragu and Yukon Gold Potatoes

• Beef Culotte Steak, Blue Cheese Potato Leek Fondu, and Arugula Pesto with Wine Merchant Sauce

For dessert, guests can choose any dish from Bayside’s extensive list of delicious desserts.

Since it opened in 1999, Bayside Restaurant has provided the latest innovation in contemporary American cuisine. Along with changing its menu to reflect the season, the restaurant also features a rotating for-sale art collection with work from some of the country’s leading artists.

Bayside is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week except for Saturday when only dinner is served. A free-flowing champagne brunch is also available on Sundays. The restaurant also features nightly entertainment, wine tasting on Thursday evenings and full-service event planning and catering through the Dining As Art Catering Company.
