SYLMAR, Calif., (July 22, 2008) – Voit Development Company, one of Southern California’s leading development firms, has sold a 33,717 square-foot building at North Valley Commerce Center, a 201,326 square-foot industrial business park in Sylmar, Calif.

The property was acquired for an undisclosed price by Tutor-Saliba Builders, a leader in civil infrastructure and commercial building construction with a focus on complex buildings in multiple markets and public infrastructure construction projects ranging from $100 million to $1 billion.

“The acquisition of one of the buildings by one of the country’s largest general contractors is a testament to the superior quality and development of the North Valley Commerce Center,” explained Tim Regan, vice president of development & acquisitions for Voit Development Company.

North Valley Commerce Center consists of seven buildings with units ranging in size from 2,237 to 57,666 square feet for sale or lease. The fully-landscaped business park is located at the intersection of Olden Street and San Fernando Road in Sylmar, Calif., in close proximity to the 5, 405, 118 and 210 freeways.

Voit Development Company completed construction on the development of the business park in June of 2008. This project is the only new industrial business park development to be completed this summer in the San Fernando Valley.
