VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES HIRES ROBERT A. FREUND
AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., (July 30, 2010) - Voit Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate firm that through its brokerage and asset services professionals working together, provides strategic property solutions scaled to clients needs, has hired San Diego real estate executive Robert A. Freund as Chief Operating Officer, according to Robert D. Voit, CEO.

In this role, Freund will oversee the operations for Voit’s offices in San Diego, Newport Beach, Irvine, and Sacramento, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Phoenix, Arizona, as well as integrating its asset services and brokerage services divisions.

Freund served with Colliers MacCaulay Nicolls (CMN, Inc.) for more than eight years, most recently as Vice President of Business Integration for North America where he led acquisition integration and initiated strategic alliances and partnerships.  Prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
