WESTERN NATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPANDS ARIZONA PRESENCE BY SECURING FOUR APARTMENT COMMUNITY CONTRACTS TOTALING 854 UNITS

PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 6, 2009) – Western National Property Management, the multifamily property management division of Western National Group, has secured four apartment community management contracts totaling 854 units in Phoenix, Ariz., expanding its management presence in the Western Region. These new contracts are currently the only communities being managed by Western National Property Management outside of California.

The four communities in the greater Phoenix region that are now being managed by Western National Property Management include:

• Harmony At Surprise, a brand new 312-unit multifamily property located at 15164 North 140th Avenue in Surprise, Ariz.
  
• Esteban Park, a 204 unit apartment community located at 5611 South 32nd Street in Phoenix, Ariz.
  
• Silver Creek, a 174 unit community located at 10851 North 43rd Avenue in Phoenix, Ariz.
  
• Ridgepoint, a 164 unit multifamily community located at 5020 West Peoria Avenue in Phoenix, Ariz.
