VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES NAMES STRASMANN TO HEAD ANAHEIM AND NEW INLAND EMPIRE BROKERAGE OFFICES

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., (August 17, 2009)  - Voit Real Estate Services has announced the addition of Kurt Strasmann as Managing Director of the firm’s Anaheim Metro commercial brokerage office. In that role, Strasmann will also be increasing Voit Commercial Brokerage’s geographic coverage by creating an Inland Empire office.

Strasmann was previously executive vice president and managing director for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Orange County, Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley offices.

Strasmann has been with Grubb & Ellis since beginning his career in 1985. From 2001 through 2009, Strasmann’s region has been recognized as Grubb & Ellis’ top performing operations nationally in revenue and net profit. He is active on the board of NAIOP, and is a member of the Orange County Business Council and the American Industrial Real Estate Association.

Strasmann earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
