TURNER DEVELOPMENT’S MEDICAL PARK AT RIVERWALK SATISFIES NEED FOR MODERN MEDICAL OFFICE FACILITIES IN RIVERSIDE

RIVERSIDE, Calif., (August 18, 2008) – In an area that is starved for modern medical office facilities, Turner Development has announced completion of the final phase of the Medical Park at Riverwalk. These two new medical office buildings have access to hundreds of thousands of residents and more than 3,000 daytime workers on-site. The new medical park will satisfy a need for modern medical office facilities in Riverside, Calif.
Medical Park at Riverwalk, located near four neighborhood hospitals, will have a Grand Opening celebration for area physicians and their staffs on August 14th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A medical office expert panel will be on site to offer advice on space planning, tenant improvements, financing and interior design.

The Class A medical office buildings, totaling approximately 66,000 square feet, are located at 4234 and 4244 Riverwalk Parkway in Riverside, Calif.
Michael Kendall of Turner Development is marketing the two medical office buildings for sale or lease. Offices range in size from 1,000 square feet to 19,500 square feet.
According to Turner, Medical Park at Riverwalk’s campus-like setting includes a beautifully landscaped environment with trails, water features, promenades and outdoor eating areas, which provide a better working environment for physicians and their staffs, as well as a more appealing setting for patients.
