DAUM COMMERCIAL DIRECTS $3 MILLION OFFICE LEASE IN
VAN NUYS

VAN NUYS, Calif., (September 24 , 2008) – Interviewing Service of America, a market research data collection, data processing and multicultural information service company, has signed a six-year lease on approximately 17,000 square feet of office space in Van Nuys, Calif. for more than $3 million.

“The superior quality of the building and its excellent location, adjacent to the 405 freeway, make this property a perfect fit for our client and we were able to negotiate a great deal on their behalf,” explained Keith Green, executive vice president of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.

The property is located at 15400 Sherman Way, Suite 400 in Van Nuys, Calif.

Keith Green represented the lessee, Interviewing Service of America. The Lessor, Embarcadero Capital Partners, LLC, an office property investment and management firm based in San Francisco, Calif., represented itself in the transaction. The broker for Embarcardero Capital Partners, LLC was Marc Riches.
