PALM DESERT, Calif. (September 29, 2008) –After undergoing a complete transformation, the 512-unit Regent Palm Desert is the most amenity-filled upscale apartment community in Palm Desert, according to Steven Paull, partner and chief financial officer of Monarch Group. The renovation includes extensive interior and exterior upgrades to the buildings and landscaping.
